You do not need to register. You do not need to complete the case files. You need to do one real thing and report it.

1. Keep one record in a form a platform cannot revise. Print the minutes. Save the contract. Keep the notice on paper.
2. Compare one official claim with its earlier version. A page and its archived copy. A policy and the policy it replaced.
3. Learn one name that a number replaced, from a public record or a memorial. Report the record. Do not type the name.
4. Carry one verified fragment to another person, on paper or in person. Report what you carried, never to whom.
5. Refuse to let a model speak as a witness. Verify one claim from the primary record instead of asking. Report the claim.

the room

1. Find the body that decides for you: council district, school board, planning commission.
2. Attend one public meeting. Many stream online.
3. File a public comment in any open comment period. Note the docket and the date, not your personal confirmation number.
4. Audit one technology procurement document (ALPR, facial recognition, monitoring software, an AI vendor contract) and answer the six questions.
5. Sit somewhere without your phone for one hour. Self-attested. One hour no feed can log.

for people who build

1. Run or build one tool that reads a public record and keeps no person. Report what it reads, never where it runs.
2. Mirror one archive to a second place it cannot be revised from. Report what you mirrored and in what form.

The Signal Corps wrote the first four words at the bottom of a README in 2028. The Keepers added the last three: Code is resistance. A person signs. The line, with its custody.

Report it on the exhibit form. No account, no case file. Each verified exhibit restores archive integrity. The archive decays a tenth of a percent a day, faster than one person can file against. That is the design.
