exhibits
the court accepts exhibits from the documented present, not clicks. the archive is decaying; filed exhibits are the only thing that stops it. the system verifies format only, never truth. do not name any private individual. the adversary is always a document, never a person.
the watches
nobody joins by submitting a name. a person takes a watch by accepting one bounded responsibility.
in a form a platform cannot revise. what record, kept how (paper, print, saved file). no links.
a page and its archived copy, a policy and the one it replaced. what changed.

the room
name your local council district or school board.
date + body name of a public meeting you attended or watched (many stream).
the docket or rulemaking and the date of a comment filed in any open comment period. not your personal confirmation or tracking number, which can resolve to your name.
name a local technology or procurement document (ALPR, facial recognition, monitoring software contract) and answer the six audit questions about it.
self-attested: sat somewhere without the phone. one hour no feed can log.
for people who build
and keeps no person. what it reads, never where it runs. no links, no repositories.
to a second place it cannot be revised from. what you mirrored and in what form.
